Electrostatic FIlter Production & Installation

We are pleased to announce the successful manufacturing and installation of an electrostatic filter for a 6 MW biomass-fired water heating plant. This project, carried out for our client UAB “All in Container,” marks another significant step in improving environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
The electrostatic filter was designed to effectively capture and remove fine particulate matter from the plant’s emissions, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental regulations. Our team handled the entire process, from production to on-site installation, guaranteeing high-quality standards and optimal performance.
The installation took place in Pieksämäki, Finland, where the new filtration system will contribute to cleaner air and more efficient energy production. Throughout the process, we faced several challenges, including adapting the filter design to meet specific space constraints and ensuring seamless integration with the existing infrastructure. Additionally, the harsh weather conditions in Finland required careful planning and coordination to avoid delays.
To overcome these obstacles, our engineers conducted thorough site assessments and worked closely with the client to develop a customized solution. By leveraging advanced manufacturing techniques and optimizing logistics, we successfully completed the project on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
